Last updated October 30, 2026. This page explains what information we collect when you visit salesagentos.com or buy Sales Agent OS, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you buy: Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today. If that changes, we'll update this page.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and send order and product update emails.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the site secure and working.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the services that run the business, such as Polar for payments and delivery and Netlify for hosting, under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from product emails at any time, by writing to support@salesagentos.com. Polar keeps transaction records it is required to keep by law.
