Terms of sale

Last updated October 30, 2026. These terms cover your purchase and use of Sales Agent OS (the "kit"). By buying it, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

The kit is a digital download: a set of instruction files, guides and templates that you load into your own AI tool. It is not software we host or run for you, and it does not include calls, coaching or done-for-you setup.

2. Checkout and payment

Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record. Polar handles payment, sales tax and delivery of your download. We never see your card details.

3. All sales final

Because you get the full kit the moment you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires one. By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access to the download and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to cancel once it is available to you.

4. Your license

• You may use the kit for your own business, including for your own clients' outreach if you run it yourself.
• You may change the files to fit your business.
• You may not resell, share, publish or give away the kit or substantial parts of it, in original or edited form.
• Each purchase covers one business. If you run several businesses, buy one copy for each.

5. Running costs are separate

The kit relies on outside software, such as sending inboxes and domains, lead data, email verification, a CRM and an AI subscription. Those cost about $200 to $300 a month in total, plus your AI plan, at the time of writing. You pay those companies directly under their own terms. None of that money comes to us.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the kit and the outreach you send, including following email, privacy and marketing laws where you and your recipients are, such as CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in Europe.
• You are responsible for the accounts, tools and data you connect to the kit.

7. No guarantee of results

Any results we share, including our own, are examples and not promises. Your results depend on your offer, market, setup, volume and many factors outside our control.

8. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or problems caused by third-party tools or AI models. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

9. Updates and changes

We may update the kit and these terms. Free updates to the version you bought are delivered through your Polar customer portal.
